Phase 2 $170

  • Based on requirements from the Illinois State Police and in consultation with a criminal judge, GPA developed this course material with emphasis on specific laws regarding concealed firearms and concealed carry equipment and techniques.

    Federal firearm laws and Illinois self-defense laws are covered including Firearms Owner Identification Act and the Firearm Conceal Carry Act.

5 Yr Refresher

  • Abbreviates Phase 2 and focuses on how self-defense laws are actually applied in the real world. Analyzes past and present Illinois Appellate, Supreme Court decisions and Jury Instruction. Aids students to stay within the rules of Self-Defense.

    Duration: 3.5 hours

  • This session exceeds the requirements for the classroom portion for your five-year refresher required by the Illinois State Police.

    After you have attended the classroom portion and pass your range re-qualification, a new training certificate will be issued so you may renew your Illinois CCL online or over the phone.
